36V 350W Bafang Mid Drive Electric Bike Conversion Kit. The set up was only ever used a dozen or so times on the public bridleways of Newcastle. I did try it out going up a steep grassy bank a couple of times and it impressed with how effortlessly it felt. The only think putting me off trying it out on a really off road trail was the poor condition of the old mountain bike. In all I would say the installation was fairly straightforward. The unit is meant to be splash proof but I decided to used silicon (not sure why I used white) to seal the unit up (this can be seen in the pictures which will be added shortly).
