This kit fits ONLY the older P90 pumps w the aluminum handle and legs cast to the Pump Body. 48v-60v Electric Drive Kit for the (older) Keene P90 Gold Dredge Pump. This kit will let you power Keene’s Iconic P90 Gold Dredge Pump w a 48v-60v E-Bike Battery. I run this on my 54v Samsung Battery and it turns the pump at 5153 RPM. Develops 30 psi and flows over 80 GPM. The motor pulls approx 12 amps at 54v and uses about 12 ah (amp hours) per hour. Thats running continuously at full power. If you are shutting down when you are not dredging material, the run time is much longer. You need to run the water cooling system and keep the motor temperature under control. Ideal motor temp (according to the experts) is 120-150 degrees F. Easily obtained w the water available from the pump. This is a manual operation on the cooling using two brass valves. This kit requires basic mechanical skills. Higher voltages are hazardous. This is a Kit. The battery and pump are not included. This fits only the older Keene P90 as shown. The -1t front sprocket change is versatile because you can change back to the stock size 15t with same chain. This change will be quicker for sure, but your top gear cruising rpm’s will be higher, and your top speed will be slower. For FASTER TOP SPEED, and LOWER HIGHWAY CRUISING RPM’s , request a 16t front sprocket. A 42t rear sprocket. The +1t front sprocket change is more versatile because you can change back to the stock size 15t with same chain. The -2t/-3t rear sprocket change requires a different chain length, which needs altered to go back to stock. This change will be lower top gear crising rpm’s, and faster top speed for sure, ut will be slower in first gear take off. Original Factory Supplied OEM size sprockets are the calculated “Happy Medium” of off the line acceleration, roll on’s, and high speed engine rpm’s with the. Least amount of compromise on either top end or low end. Note; some SV’s come with 44t rear as orig. Equip, and some come with 45t. One tooth on the rear is a very slight change, but 45t is just a little quicker which is the most popular size. A 1 tooth change in the front is equivalent to a 3 tooth change in the rear..
