The drive is a custom build. It will have a chassis frame to fit your specification trolley the short video is of 1 of my drives carrying a 100kg load on a steep slope, but I’ve tested these units with 160kg. I can offer various wheel and tyre types if you wish to match your existing or upgrade to the wider nobly tyre design at extra cost. The drive is a solid unit using a differential gearbox, allowing for easy steering, and due to the gearing, this drive will give you ample power on uneven and loose surfaces and will easily pull a full loads up steep hills as seen in video. It has a simple operation with just 1 control on your handle bar (no little plastic levers to snap off). A single robust stainless steel plug and socket with rubber cap is all you need to connect or disconnected from the drive when fitting or removing the cable and control remains fixed to the trolleys handle. The drive is powered by cordless power tool batteries. 2 of them are required, I can do various battery adapter types, so just ask. Otherwise, my standard fitting is Dewalt.
